The +5 Electrical Maintenance Agreement
When the construction, or remodeling of your home is completed, a +5
Electrical Maintenance Agreement and registration card will be provided
to you.
The Maintenance Agreement spells out all provisions of the +5 Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan. It shows you how to file a claim in the unlikely event that a problem should arise during the five years of +5 coverage. If a problem should occur, we will have an authorized electrical contractor fix the problem at no expense to you, the homeowner.
