When construction of the home is completed, a +5 Electrical Maintenance Agreement and registration card will be provided to the homeowner.

The Maintenance Agreement spells out all provisions of the +5 Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan. It informs the new homeowner how to file a claim in the unlikely event that a problem should arise during the five years of +5 coverage. If a problem should occur, +5 will have an authorized electrical contractor fix the problem at no expense to the homeowner, builder or developer.
