How +5 Works

With +5, the homeowner can call anytime he or she suspects that there might be an electrical problem, without the fear of being socked with a big bill to pay. In the event that there is an electrical problem, it can be corrected before it becomes major or catastrophe strikes.

The +5 Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan says to the new homeowner, “This house was built by the finest, most highly skilled craftsmen in the business, using top-quality materials and workmanship, at no additional cost to the homeowner.”

The +5 Electrical Maintenance Agreement

When construction of the home is completed and it is time for the closing, a +5 Electrical Maintenance Agreement and registration card will be provided to you.

The Maintenance Agreement spells out all provisions of the +5 Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan. It informs the new homeowner how to file a claim in the unlikely event that a problem should arise during the five years of +5 coverage. If a problem should occur, we will have an authorized electrical contractor fix the problem at no expense to the homeowner, builder or developer.
